Our client is a global organisation within the software industry, is seeking an experienced HR Director to support a portfolio of growing businesses. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategy on an international scale, working closely with leadership teams as their operations expand.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will provide strategic and hands-on HR support across multiple countries. You’ll help embed effective people practices, guide organisations through growth and change, and play a key role in enhancing the employee experience across a distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy and delivery across several businesses, partnering closely with senior leadership.
- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks that support scalable growth.
- Advise senior stakeholders on complex people matters and organisational design.
- Oversee core HR areas including talent, performance, reward, and development.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues globally and contribute to sharing best practice.
- Travel internationally as required to support teams and build strong relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience operating at HR Director level or equivalent senior HR leadership role.
- International HR experience supporting teams across multiple countries.
- Strong background partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Experience in the software or technology sector is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage change and support businesses through growth.
- Recognised HR qualification is strongly preferred.
