In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll support the Client Service Delivery Manager by coordinating local service delivery, managing stock and equipment, and acting as the first point of contact for site-based queries.
Key Responsibilities of the Site Coordinator role:
- Coordinate clinic setup, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
- Handle site requests and escalate issues appropriately
- Support training arrangements and team onboarding
- Liaise with stakeholders for appointment data and scheduling
- Respond to emergency calls and direct enquiries to central teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with administration, stock management or facilities coordination
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Salary of £25,000.00 per annum
