- Contact customers and handling incoming queries by phone and email to arrange
- Follow up where needed to secure engagement
- Update internal systems accurately
- Handover confirmed cases to scheduling teams
- Work independently while contributing to team targets
- Experience in an office or customer-facing role
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and organised
- Telecoms experience beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable being based onsite in a busy supportive fast paced environment
- £25,509 per annum
