Service Delivery Coordinator

We’re recruiting Service Delivery Coordinators to support a major project within a leading organisation In the Solihull area. This is a great opportunity to join a focused project team delivering essential service upgrades.

About the Service Delivery Coordinator role:
  • Contact customers and handling incoming queries by phone and email to arrange
  • Follow up where needed to secure engagement
  • Update internal systems accurately
  • Handover confirmed cases to scheduling teams
  • Work independently while contributing to team targets
To be considered for the Service Delivery Coordinator role:
  • Experience in an office or customer-facing role
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Telecoms experience beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable being based onsite in a busy supportive fast paced environment
Key Information about the role:
  • £25,509 per annum
  • Permanent - Full Time
