Location: Motherwell, Glasgow (initially 5 days on-site for training, then 2 days/week in the office)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (fixed-term, not expected to extend)
Hourly Rate: £20.00 per hour
Start Date: Targeting 30th June

About the Role:
We are seeking four Service Delivery Coordinators to join a fast-paced network expansion team on a time-critical project. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a B2B service background, looking to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact B2B customers via phone and email to arrange replacement of outdated equipment
- Clearly explain the need for the upgrade and gain customer agreement
- Follow up persistently with non-responsive customers to secure engagement
- Pass confirmed cases to scheduling teams for appointment booking
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and status updates
Essential:
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Previous experience in telecoms or customer service (not essential)
- You must be able to attend full on-site training in Motherwell initially (5 days/week)
- Post-training, hybrid model: 2 days in the office (Wednesday + one additional day)
- All equipment will be provided
- Informal 30-minute interview with hiring managers
