Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
We’re supporting a client in the education sector who are looking for a Senior HR Project Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-profile HR change programmes, influence culture, and support people through complex transformation in a large and values-driven organisation.
The role:
- Lead HR change programmes, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, offering expert HR and ER advice
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with staff and trade unions
- Oversee complex casework, supporting early and fair resolution
- Analyse workforce data and drive compliance across key indicators
- Promote a high-performance culture across a large and diverse workforce
- Manage and develop a People Change Partner, ensuring excellent HR service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- MCIPD qualified(or equivalent experience)
- Experienced in leading HR change within large, complex organisations
- Skilled across employment law, employee relations and organisational design
- Confident working with data to identify trends and shape action
- A strong communicator and influencer with credibility at all levels
- Resilient, decisive and able to balance multiple priorities under pressure
- Professional, discreet and committed to fairness and safeguarding
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

- Hybrid working, with 2/3 days a week on-site in London
