Key Responsibilities
- Client Focus: Lead audit assignments from planning through to finalisation, liaising with clients, preparing audit findings reports, and providing practical recommendations.
- Leadership: Manage and coach junior staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting their professional growth.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to add value to clients and contribute to the growth of the firm’s client base.
- Technical Expertise: Apply UK GAAP knowledge and audit methodology to deliver exceptional work, managing audit risks and technical matters.
- Advisory & Innovation: Participate in advisory projects, providing innovative solutions across audit and non-audit clients.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk management policies, industry regulations, and internal standards, while suggesting process improvements.
- ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification ( essential).
- Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally with UK GAAP.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
