Sales Support Coordinator

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established luxury organisation based in Solihull, who are seeking an ongoing temporary Sales Support Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded brand and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator Role:  
  • Process all customer orders via mail, fax, email and telephone
  • Manage and process warranty requests
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Develop a strong understanding of all products.
To be considered for the Sales Support Coordinator Role:
  • Experience in a similar role, with order processing experience and strong Microsoft skills.
  • Customer Service experience

  • £12.50ph - £13.00ph
