Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator Role:
- Process all customer orders via mail, fax, email and telephone
- Manage and process warranty requests
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
- Develop a strong understanding of all products.
- Experience in a similar role, with order processing experience and strong Microsoft skills.
- Customer Service experience
- £12.50ph - £13.00ph
