Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator role:
- Support the Residential Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Process orders and liaise with internal departments and clients to support the customer journey
- Assist with managing enquiries, sales progress updates, and order processing
- Ensure excellent service standards are maintained throughout the sales process
- Experience in sales support, administration, or a customer service role
- Order processing experience is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator with a confident, professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Salary of £25-26k
- Full Time role
