Sales Administrator

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Shirley, Solihull, looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary full time basis. Hours for the role are 8am-4:45pm Mon-Fri, and Friday 8am-12pm and offering an hourly rate of £13.50-£14 per hour.  

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative duties
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate sales records
  • Handle enquiries, provide sales updates, and assist with order processing
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to support a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain high service standards throughout the sales process
To be considered for the Sales Administrator role:
  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
