This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills, who thrives in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
The role is initially an ongoing contract with a view to go permanent for the right candidate, a hybrid working pattern can be offered once full training is given.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage property sales documentation and maintain accurate sales records
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to support the customer journey
- Assist with managing enquiries, sales progress updates, and order processing
- Ensure excellent service standards are maintained throughout the sales process
- Experience in sales support, administration, or a customer service role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator with a confident, professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
