Sales Administrator

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury manufacturing organisation, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and premium product offering.
 
With a strong presence in the UK residential market, they are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator  to join their high-performing team in Shirley, Solihull.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills, who thrives in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
 
The role is initially an ongoing contract with a view to go permanent for the right candidate, a hybrid working pattern can be offered once full training is given.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:
  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage property sales documentation and maintain accurate sales records
  • Liaise with internal departments and clients to support the customer journey
  • Assist with managing enquiries, sales progress updates, and order processing
  • Ensure excellent service standards are maintained throughout the sales process
Ideal Candidate for the Sales Administrator role:
  • Experience in sales support, administration, or a customer service role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with a confident, professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
