Reward Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join a leading financial services organisation. This role will be instrumental in shaping the reward and benefits strategy, supporting cultural transformation, and driving initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  
Key Deliverables
  • Develop and deliver a reward and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Support remuneration governance, including drafting committee papers, reporting, and ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee employee benefits, share schemes, and relationships with external providers.
  • Lead annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits cycles.
  • Provide expert insights on benchmarking, market trends, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in reward, compensation, or benefits, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration governance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing employee benefits and share schemes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, analytical, and commercially minded approach to reward strategy.
