Key Deliverables
- Develop and deliver a reward and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Support remuneration governance, including drafting committee papers, reporting, and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee employee benefits, share schemes, and relationships with external providers.
- Lead annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits cycles.
- Provide expert insights on benchmarking, market trends, and best practices.
- 5+ years’ experience in reward, compensation, or benefits, ideally within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of remuneration governance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience managing employee benefits and share schemes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, analytical, and commercially minded approach to reward strategy.
