We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking global business delivering innovative solutions in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology. This is a strategic opportunity to join a newly established Reward function as a Global Reward Analyst, providing high-level insight and analysis to shape the organisation’s global reward strategy.

The role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making across compensation and benefits. You will analyse complex reward data, identify trends, benchmark pay and benefits globally, and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for an analytical professional looking to influence reward strategy and contribute to building a robust, future-proof Reward function.

What you'll do:
  • Analyse global salary and benefits data to inform strategy, policy design, and reward optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated models and tools to benchmark and evaluate total reward packages.
  • Provide insights to support annual pay review, bonus allocation, and long-term reward planning.
  • Lead analytical projects supporting harmonisation and transformation of global reward programmes.
  • Produce high-quality reports and dashboards for senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of reward policies and support strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, and improve data accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, legislation, and best practice in global reward and benefits.
What we’re looking for:
  • Extensive experience in global reward analytics, compensation, and benefits.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (VBA, pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) and strong modelling skills.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of reward platforms and HRIS systems is desirable.
  • Highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident in presenting findings to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
