We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking global business delivering transformative solutions in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new Reward Team as a Reward Administrator, helping to shape the foundations of the Reward function while supporting employees across multiple countries.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate administration and smooth operation of all reward processes. You will manage remuneration, benefits, and other employee reward programmes, providing day-to-day administrative support and ensuring colleagues receive timely, accurate, and clear information. 

What you'll do:
  • Maintain accurate records and administration for all reward programmes.
  • Manage the Reward mailbox, responding to queries promptly and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support annual pay reviews, bonus processes, and benefit renewals, ensuring accurate data collation and distribution.
  • Coordinate with external providers to ensure smooth enrolment, leavers’ processing, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and update reward documentation, policies, and guides to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  • Track and process colleague benefit changes
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to support the Reward team and business insights.
  • Support communication of reward policies and benefits, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection requirements when handling sensitive information.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in pay and benefits administration across multiple countries.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VBA, pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and building reports from scratch.
  • Ability to analyse complex data, extract insights, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of reward platforms is desirable.
  • Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
