Residential Sales Co-Ordinator

KC Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury organisation, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and premium product offering.
 
With a strong presence in the UK residential market, they are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Sales Co-Ordinator to join their high-performing team on a 12 month FTC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills, who thrives in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Sales Coordinator role:
  • Support the Residential Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage property sales documentation and maintain accurate sales records
  • Liaise with internal departments and clients to support the customer journey
  • Assist with managing enquiries, sales progress updates, and order processing
  • Ensure excellent service standards are maintained throughout the sales process
Ideal Candidate for the Residential Sales Coordinator role:
  • Experience in sales support, administration, or a customer service role (property or interiors preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with a confident, professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Key Benefits of the Residential Sales Coordinator role:
  • Salary of £24-25k
  • Full Time role
  • Ongoing temporary role
