Repairs Commercial Officer

We are seeking a Repairs Commercial Officer to support the delivery of high-quality repair services through robust financial control, contractor performance monitoring, and commercial assurance. This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Commercial Coordinator Role: 
  • Review and validate contractor payment applications and repair costs.
  • Assess works against contractual agreements and Schedules of Rates (SOR).
  • Carry out quality assurance checks using reports, photographs, and supporting evidence.
  • Process cost variations and maintain accurate records across management systems.
  • Produce performance, cost, and risk analysis reports.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to resolve queries and disputes.
  • Support compliance with relevant legislation and service level agreements.
To be considered for the Repairs Commercial Coordinator role: 
  • Experience in commercial, financial, repairs, property maintenance, or housing environments.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Confident communicator with negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of SORs, contractor management, or AFP processes is advantageous.

  • Hybrid Working (1 day per week onsite)

  • Parking onsite 
  • £20.00- 22.00 per hour (Umbrella)
