Receptionist

KC Group are recruiting for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a busy office in the Shirley area on a full time permanent basis.

This is a front-of-house role where you will be responsible for managing reception, welcoming visitors, handling telephone enquiries and providing administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist role Include:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Managing a busy reception desk
  • Photocopying, scanning and printing documents
  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • General administrative duties
To be considered for the Receptionist role:
  • Previous reception experience is essential
  • Professional, personable and confident
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to commute to Sheldon area on occasion to provide reception cover
Key Information about the role Includes:

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £25,500 per annum
