Are you an experienced receptionist available for a short-term assignment within a professional services environment?
We’re recruiting for Receptionist on behalf of a well-established firm based near to the Shirley area. This is a full-time temporary role working Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm and paying an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour.
This is a great opportunity to step into a polished, client-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist role:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling and directing incoming calls
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Keeping accurate visitor records and following security procedures
- Providing light administrative support, including scheduling appointments
- Supporting with general reception duties as required
- Previous reception/front-of-house experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and approach
- Location: Shirley, Solihull
- Hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
