Position: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Blythe Valley area, Solihull
Dates:
- Training: Monday, 1st December (Afternoon, approx. 3.5 hours)
- Cover:
Tuesday, 2nd December (Full day, 9am–5pm)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Requirements: Previous receptionist experience is essential.
Key Duties Include:
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Handling and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing and maintaining a clean, organised reception area
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining visitor logs and adhering to security protocols
- Providing light administrative support, such as appointment scheduling
- Assisting with general reception tasks as required
