Senior Audit Associate – Bristol
Location: Hybrid – Bristol & Remote
Department: Audit & Assurance
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Core hours: 10am–4pm

The Role
 
As a Senior Audit Associate, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality audits across a range of SME and small-cap listed clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to fieldwork, client liaison, team supervision, and the development of junior staff.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and complete audit assignments alongside managers and directors
  • Conduct on-site and remote audit fieldwork
  • Review financial statements and assist in technical queries
  • Support, coach, and supervise junior team members
  • Liaise with client stakeholders, building strong, professional relationships
  • Identify potential service opportunities within your client base
What You’ll Bring
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical audit experience in a UK accountancy practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Effective project management and multitasking abilities
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for mentoring others
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment – part office-based, part remote
