As a Senior Audit Associate, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality audits across a range of SME and small-cap listed clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to fieldwork, client liaison, team supervision, and the development of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and complete audit assignments alongside managers and directors
- Conduct on-site and remote audit fieldwork
- Review financial statements and assist in technical queries
- Support, coach, and supervise junior team members
- Liaise with client stakeholders, building strong, professional relationships
- Identify potential service opportunities within your client base
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical audit experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Effective project management and multitasking abilities
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for mentoring others
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment – part office-based, part remote
- Hybrid working: 50% home-based each month
