Private Client Tax Senior Location: Cheltenham, UK
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role We are looking for a Private Client Tax Senior to join our expanding team in Cheltenham. This is a varied and rewarding role, with a strong emphasis on advisory work, giving you the opportunity to support high-profile clients with complex tax planning and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including business owners, partnerships, sole traders, high net worth individuals, and their related companies or trusts.
  • Deliver tax projects successfully, ensuring technical accuracy and a commercial approach.
  • Support managers, directors, and partners on advisory projects and implementation of complex tax planning arrangements.
  • Review income and corporation tax computations, liaising with specialists on technical matters.
  • Understand and communicate technical issues clearly and practically.
  • Manage and develop junior members of the team, offering guidance and mentoring where appropriate.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA and/or ATT qualified (CTA desirable).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commercially aware and client-focused.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
  • Interest in developing advisory skills and working on complex planning projects.
