Our client is seeking an experienced People Partner to support their sites in the UK & Ireland. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.
Working closely with local leadership, you will partner with managers to shape and deliver people strategies that support business performance. You will act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, combining strategic input with hands-on delivery across employee relations, organisational change, and people development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and managers across the UK & Ireland to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and coaching on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, capability, and absence.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, workforce planning, and consultations where required.
- Analyse HR data and people metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Coach and challenge line managers to build strong people management capability and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People team across the organisation to deliver key HR initiatives and ensure a consistent employee experience across the UK and Ireland.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating as a HR Business Partner within a fast-paced organisation.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of both UK and Republic of Ireland employment law.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to build credible relationships and influence decision-making at a senior level.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the confidence to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- CIPD Level 5 or above preferred
