Location: Multi-Site (Midlands & Yorkshire)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Company Car & Bonus
Working Model: Hybrid, with travel to regional sites
Our client is seeking an strategic HR Business Partner to support leaders across the business and help drive a people agenda that enables growth and high performance. This role is particularly suited to candidates with experience in operational industries such as logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environments, and offers the opportunity to deliver impactful people initiatives, enhance organisational capability, and create a positive colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, influential relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Partner with managers to design and deliver people initiatives that support business objectives and organisational growth.
- Shape and implement people plans to align them to overall business needs.
- Support the design and delivery of core people processes, including talent, performance, succession and reward.
- Champion company behaviours and promote a positive, colleague-centred culture.
- Stay informed on HR best practice and external trends, sharing insight with stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working with change, supporting organisational development and new ways of working.
- Experience supporting talent, performance, engagement and culture-focused initiatives.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align people priorities to business objectives.
- Confident analysing people data and translating insight into practical actions.
