Our client is looking for a People Partners to join their global headquarters in Crewe. These positions are perfect for HR professionals who have developed solid operational experience and are ready to step into a business-partnering role. You’ll gain exposure to key stakeholders, strategic people initiatives, and commercial decision-making, while being supported by senior People Business Partners and the wider People leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers to implement people plans that support business goals and operational priorities.
- Provide guidance and support on performance management, including capability, attendance, and conduct matters.
- Assist with organisational change, such as restructures, role adjustments, and consultations.
- Analyse HR data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
- Support the delivery of manager and team development initiatives to build capability and engagement.
- Coach line managers on people management best practice and day-to-day team leadership.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in HR Advisor or Junior HRBP role, looking to make the next step in your career
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident supporting managers and resolving operational people issues.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how HR decisions impact business outcomes.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable
