This role will support managers with a range of people-related matters and provide practical, solution-focused advice across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be joining a collaborative team and contributing to day-to-day advisory activity.
Key duties of the People Advisor include:
- Providing day-to-day people/HR advice and guidance to managers
- Supporting employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Assisting with the consistent application of people policies and procedures
- Coaching and supporting managers on effective people management practices
- Maintaining accurate records and case documentation
- Contributing to people-related projects and process improvements as required
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistent people approach
- Contract: 3 months
- Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office
- Rate: £15–£16 per hour, depending on experience
