Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their globally established and high-performing business. This is an excellent opportunity for payroll professionals with strong operational experience to take ownership of a complex, high-volume French payroll process within a well-structured international organisation. • Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll delivery, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Oversee payroll validation processes, including trial checks, gross-to-net reconciliations, and payment file management.
  • Ensure all payroll inputs, including variable pay and one-time payments, are accurately processed and recorded.
  • Maintain compliance with all statutory reporting requirements and regulatory obligations in France.
