We’re working with a well-established and growing business based in Lichfield who are looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant to join their growing finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop within payroll. The role would suit someone with previous accounts administration or payroll experience, who is keen to learn and progress in a supportive environment.
The Role:
- Assisting with the end-to-end payroll process
- Processing timesheets and employee data
- Supporting with starters, leavers, and payroll changes
- Handling payroll queries from employees
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks
- Previous experience in an accounts admin or payroll role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel and general IT skills
- Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and build a career in payroll
