Key Responsibilities to be considered for the role of PA:
- Provide proactive admin and project support to executives
- Manage complex diaries and schedules
- Act as a gatekeeper for correspondence and key priorities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up
- Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and documents
- Arrange multi-time zone travel and logistics
- Support event planning and delivery
- Liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Work collaboratively with the wider Executive Support team
- Process expenses and purchase orders
- Proven PA experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and discreet
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- Calm under pressure and adaptable
- £45,000 salary
