Are you highly organised with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join a busy industrial site in Bromsgrove as a Weighbridge Operator / Office Coordinator.
This is a varied and hands-on office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of administrative duties and frontline customer interaction. You will play a key part in the daily operation of the site, ensuring the smooth running of the weighbridge while supporting wider office coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities as Weighbridge Operator / Office Coordinator:
- Operate the weighbridge system, accurately recording vehicle weights and materials
- Greet and assist drivers and visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and complete all associated documentation
- Liaise with transport teams, suppliers, and internal departments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries
- Assist with compliance, stock control, and reporting as required
- Support the day-to-day coordination of office activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided
