Occupational Health Advisor

KC Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in the Heathrow area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about workplace health and employee wellbeing.

Key duties of the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:
  • Provide high-quality occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments
  • Advise managers and employees on health, wellbeing, and return-to-work strategies
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture within the workplace
  • Maintain accurate records in line with professional and legal standards
Key duties of the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:
  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with an Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) or significant experience in an OH role
  • Strong experience in case management, particularly around sickness absence
  • Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working both autonomously and as part of a team
Key Information about the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:
  • £42,000 per annum
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with entitlement increasing over 
  • Birthday leave as an extra perk in some roles
