Key duties of the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:
- Provide high-quality occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments
- Advise managers and employees on health, wellbeing, and return-to-work strategies
- Promote a positive health and safety culture within the workplace
- Maintain accurate records in line with professional and legal standards
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with an Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) or significant experience in an OH role
- Strong experience in case management, particularly around sickness absence
- Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working both autonomously and as part of a team
- £42,000 per annum
