Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Health Advisor role:
- Deliver expert, evidence-based case management for fitness-for-work and absence referrals
- Provide clear, comprehensive OH advice and written reports
- Carry out fitness medicals and health surveillance (occasional escalations)
- Ensure best practice in line with clinical protocols and legislation
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and work closely with wider clinical teams
- NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1)
- Postgrad qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
- Strong case management and report writing skills
- Experience in general medicals and health surveillance
- Confident communicator with excellent time management
- Solid IT skills and a commitment to best practice in data protection
- Salary of £42,000.00
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)
