Occupational Health Administrator: What you’ll do:
- Provide reception and administrative support to the Occupational Health clinical team
- Manage telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Coordinate diaries, appointments, and booking systems
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and stock management
- Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Proven admin/reception experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Confident IT skills (MS Office, Teams, booking systems)
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (2 weeks 8am–4pm, 1 week 4pm–12pm)
- £24,720 per annum
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
