This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting health and wellbeing in the workplace. You'll be the first point of contact for on-site occupational health services, providing reception and administrative support to a dedicated clinical team.
Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Health Administrator role:
- Deliver a professional front-of-house service and respond to client queries via phone and email
- Manage clinical staff diaries and appointments using a bespoke medical booking system
- Support day-to-day operations with stock management and general admin tasks
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with GDPR
- Previous experience in a receptionist/administrator role, ideally within a healthcare setting
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and healthcare systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
