This is a full-time temporary role, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, paying £22.25 per hour .

You will take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, working closely with residents, contractors, local agencies, and internal departments to deliver outstanding neighbourhood services.
Key Responsibilities Neighbourhood Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure properties across the Thanet area.
- Conduct estate, property, and scheme inspections to maintain high standards.
- Support customers with tenancy management matters including tenancy changes, succession, safeguarding, and enforcement cases.
- Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour, community safety concerns, and complaints.
- Build strong relationships with customers, external agencies, and local stakeholders.
- Work closely with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance and compliance issues.
- Attend community meetings, customer engagement events, and multi-agency meetings where required.
- Maintain accurate records and update housing management systems.
- Previous experience within housing, tenancy management, or neighbourhood management.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy processes is desirable.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
