To be considered for the Marketing Manager role:
- Marketing degree / CIM qualification an advantage but not essential as experience is important.
- Working knowledge of social media marketing tools, Google rankings and SEO
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles.
- Able to demonstrate awareness of technical services and an understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Willing to travel occasionally in support of promotional activity.
- Overall responsibility for the Marketing function, including digital marketing and the company presence on social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
- Writing accurate and engaging sales and marketing literature
- Provide updates to the Group website.
- Working very closely with the headquarters’ marketing team
- Draft and distribute press releases and inputs to Group Newsletters
- Identify business award opportunities and draft submissions.
- Manage Marketing events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Arranging and delivering internal marketing training as appropriate
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of on-going marketing communications.
- Ownership of marketing budget
- Liaising with marketing service providers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of on-going marketing communications.
- Produce quarterly Report including KPI update.
- Salary of up to £35k (Including bonus)
