Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits
We’re seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for an ambitious, growing accountancy firm based in Oxford. If you’re passionate about delivering expert tax advice and enjoy working with entrepreneurial clients, this could be the role for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead on advisory projects, support client compliance, and contribute to business growth through training and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing complex business tax returns
- Leading on client advisory work and tax planning
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support firm growth
- Delivering internal training and technical updates
- Managing, coaching and developing junior team members
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA (or equivalent)
- In-depth experience in corporate tax from a practice background
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to support team development
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
