The role:
You’ll design, deliver, and refine learning initiatives across onboarding, leadership, and ongoing development—ensuring programmes are aligned with strategic goals. Working with local and group teams, you'll build frameworks, improve training impact, and elevate employee experience through high-quality learning solutions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver L&D programmes across multiple levels
- Improve onboarding experience and reduce early-stage turnover
- Leverage the Group Learning tools to drive engagement and consistency
- Work closely with managers to embed learning and improve performance
- Travel between sites to support roll-out and stakeholder engagement
- Build tools and content to enhance sales and customer outcomes
- Proven experience delivering impactful L&D in commercial or sales environments
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of learning frameworks, onboarding, and leadership development
- Confident working across functions with internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive, and people-focused
- Fluent in both German & English
