Working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm and the role offers an hourly rate of £12.62 per hour, with a hybrid pattern.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Jeopardy Coordinator:
- Tracking jobs that are currently in progress and identifying those at risk of delays or SLA breaches.
- Manually dispatching tasks and reallocating work to field technicians or specialist engineers when plans change.
- Managing inbound field communications via platforms (like Zinier) and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Creating service tickets, linking related tasks, and optimising rejected or problematic jobs.
- Responding to unexpected situations like emergency leave, joint meets, or high-priority engineer replacements.
- Managing field activities that require coordination with external parties and compliance (e.g., streetworks).
- Demonstrable Customer Service experience.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Evaluating problems.
- Processing details.
- Building relationships.
