This is a true partnering role — you’ll be embedded within the business, advising, influencing and driving best-in-class recruitment processes while ensuring delivery against demanding transformation timelines.
- End-to-end management of technology vacancies across mid-to-senior levels
- Business partnering with Technology Directors, Heads of and Programme Leads
- Supporting workforce planning aligned to the transformation roadmap
- Managing multiple concurrent hires within specialist skill areas
- Delivering a strong candidate experience in a competitive talent market
- Driving direct sourcing strategies and reducing agency reliance where possible
- Ensuring governance, compliance and robust hiring processes within a regulated environment
About You
- Proven experience recruiting mid-to-senior technology roles within banking or financial services
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to challenge, influence and build credibility quickly
- Confident sourcing niche skillsets across AI, Data, Architecture and Engineering
- Comfortable operating at pace within a complex, regulated organisation
- Available to commit to a 6-month interim assignment
