Location: Remote (Occasional visits to head office in the West Midlands)
Salary:  £60,000 - £70,000

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new HR Information System, acting as a key liaison between the integration team, business process owners, and senior stakeholders.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage the HR workstream of the HRIS implementation project, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and post-launch support. What you'll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact between HR, project teams, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Oversee HR data collection, cleansing, migration, and compliance with GDPR.
  • Review and optimise HR processes, ensuring efficient and future-proof solutions.

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience leading a full HRIS implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Proficiency in analysing data, process optimisation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Word skills (pivot tables, V-lookups, reporting).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to work under pressure across multiple projects.
  • Desirable: Experience in health and social care HRIS projects and knowledge of payroll/workforce management integrations.
