HR Operations Partner

HR Operations Partner (9-Month FTC)
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Working Model: Hybrid
  
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join their central People team on a 9-month fixed-term contract and provide high-quality operational HR support across a defined client group. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent delivery of core HR services, strong employee relations support, and effective implementation of people processes within a complex organisation during a key period of activity and change.
  
You will partner closely with leaders and HR colleagues to deliver day-to-day HR operations, support organisational change activity, and ensure people practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned to organisational priorities.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations matters
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational HR issues within your client group, providing practical advice and guidance to leaders.
  • Monitor HR data and service performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Work with external HR providers and internal partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Support the delivery of manager training and guidance to strengthen capability and confidence in people management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance service quality and employee experience.
  
What we’re looking for:
  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven background managing employee relations and complex casework
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR governance.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and workforce restructuring.
  • Confident building relationships with senior leaders, unions, and external providers.
  • Experience handling sensitive data and working within robust safeguarding and compliance frameworks.
