As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to all areas of the business on HR related matters.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have a minimum 2+ years experience in HR
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a HR team
- Has a strong Knowledge of employment law & legislations
- Excellent at managing your work load
- Microsoft package knowledge, advanced Excel skills desirable
- Confident communicator
- Able to travel to the Birmingham Head Office
- Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from posting job ads, pre-screening candidates, responding to job applications and supporting the interview process when required
- Working collaboratively with managers and keys stakeholders across the group providing advise and support on HR related issues
- Support the on-boarding process of new starters across the business
- Offer guidance and advice to employees and line managers on range of ER issues, as well as supporting the wider HR team during disciplinary hearings
- HR inbox management
- Contribute to implementation and development of policies & procedures
- Support HR Team projects both business wide and adhoc
- Salary – £28,000 - £30,000
