This is a fast-paced, fully office-based role focused on handling high volumes of enquiries, producing accurate quotations and converting sales efficiently.
You will manage inbound calls and emails, follow up on quotes, speak with existing customers and new prospects, and work across multiple systems. Accuracy, responsiveness and organisation are key.
Key Duties of the Hire Desk Coordinator role:
- Handle inbound enquiries and prepare high-volume, accurate quotes
- Follow up proactively to convert orders
- Engage with existing customers and new leads
- Coordinate product availability, hire schedules and delivery planning
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, Sage and email
- Support general sales administration
- Experience in a fast-paced sales or hire environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused and computer-literate
- Strong communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
