A newly created opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Head of People Partnering to join a successful and growing organisation operating within the technology and business services sector. Leading a People Partnering function that is continuing to evolve, you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, improve organisational performance and support continued business growth. This is a highly visible role, offering an excellent balance of strategic leadership and operational involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing high-performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the People Partnering team, ensuring a consistent and commercially focused service across the business.
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, improve organisational performance and drive accountability.
- Use people data and business insight to identify trends, support workforce planning and inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead organisational change, business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Embed best practice across performance management, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation, influencing stakeholders and fostering a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading a People Partnering function within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to influence, coach and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering organisational change, developing leadership capability and driving business performance.
- Experience using people analytics and business insight to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- A hands-on, visible leadership style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organisation.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification desirable
