Location: Birmingham (On-site)
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Benefits
  
We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic leader to take ownership of a major, high-profile service contract during a period of rapid growth and transformation.
  
As Head of Contract Delivery, you will lead a multi-functional team across operations, health & safety, finance, and commercial development, with full accountability for performance, revenue growth, client relationships, and long-term strategic success.
  
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends operational oversight with commercial thinking. You will be the key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, with the autonomy to shape strategy, unlock new revenue opportunities, and position your team as a best-in-class delivery partner.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction, commercial performance, and service delivery of a complex, multi-service contract.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety, service standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive revenue optimisation, cost control, and identification of new commercial opportunities.
  • Deliver against KPIs and contractual obligations, using data and insight to improve performance.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse operational team, promoting a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Partner with internal teams across Finance, Marketing, Revenue, and H&S to align resources and deliver contract success.
  • Represent the business in senior client meetings, performance reviews, and commercial negotiations.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale contracts or multi-site operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and full P&L responsibility
