We are seeking a professional, approachable, and organised Front Desk Executive to join a busy wellbeing-focused environment in the West Midlands. This is a hybrid, site-based role requiring support across several local centres, with occasional travel between locations.
The Role As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administrative services. You will handle face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide essential administrative and facilities support to onsite teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Executive role:
- Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Handling calls, messages, and appointment bookings via internal systems
- Coordinating diaries and supporting clinic schedules
- Processing non-confidential post and arranging couriers
- Supporting facilities, maintenance scheduling, and onsite wellbeing initiatives
- Providing cover across sites during annual leave or sickness
- Assisting with general administration, document preparation, scanning, printing, and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records and working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house role
- Confident IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload independently
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented, with an interest in health and wellbeing
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Salary: £24,000 per annum
