Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function while managing a small team and partnering closely with operational stakeholders.
The Role
- Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Deliver variance analysis and present financial results to management
- Ensure compliance, robust internal controls and accurate VAT reporting
- Manage and develop a finance team of 3 (AP, AR, payroll)
- Monitor cash flow and oversee credit control
- Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight
- Support system improvements and reporting enhancements
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE
- Experience managing a small team
- Sage 200 and advanced Excel skills
- Experience within a multi-entity environment (desirable)
