Finance Manager

KC Group are working with a multi-entity SME business with c.£15m turnover to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you’ll oversee financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making across the group.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function while managing a small team and partnering closely with operational stakeholders.

The Role
  • Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
  • Deliver variance analysis and present financial results to management
  • Ensure compliance, robust internal controls and accurate VAT reporting
  • Manage and develop a finance team of 3 (AP, AR, payroll)
  • Monitor cash flow and oversee credit control
  • Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight
  • Support system improvements and reporting enhancements

About You
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Sage 200 and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience within a multi-entity environment (desirable)

  • £40,000-£45,000 salary
