Our client, a leading national organisation within the trade sector, is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join their collaborative HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert ER support across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
Reporting into the HR Leadership Team, you’ll act as a trusted partner to managers, offering professional guidance on complex employee relations matters while helping drive a positive and compliant people culture across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver expert, legally compliant guidance to managers on ER matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance, and absence.
- Support the development and refinement of HR processes and policies to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Guide teams through organisational changes, helping to manage transitions smoothly.
- Keep employee records accurate and secure, ensuring data is handled sensitively.
- Visit locations as needed to provide on-site support and build relationships across the business.
- Proven experience managing a wide range of ER casework
- Confident communicator, able to influence and support colleagues at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Trustworthy and professional, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- CIPD qualification and a full UK driving licence.
