Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + benefits
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, people-focused national brand, currently looking to expand its People function with a confident and commercially minded Employee Relations Advisor.
The role:
You’ll be a key player in delivering expert ER guidance across a large, fast-paced business—supporting line managers on a range of complex employee relations matters. From case management to policy development, you’ll be helping to ensure consistency, compliance, and positive outcomes at every step.
What you’ll do:
- Provide end-to-end ER case support on disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy, TUPE & more
- Advise managers across the UK & ROI on policy, process, and employment law
- Coach line managers to build confidence and capability in people management
- Work cross-functionally with People Partners, Legal, and Shared Services
- Support updates to ER templates, policies, and engagement projects
- Maintain accurate ER records and contribute to trend reporting and insight
- CIPD qualification, or working towards one
- ER advisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
