Customer Support

We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Support professional to join a busy Samples department In the Solihull area on a temporary, part- time basis.

Key duties of the Customer Support role Include:
  • Processing sample orders.
  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email.
Customer Support- What we’re looking for:
  • Background in customer service or administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in a team environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to adapt quickly
  • Confident using phone and email for customer-facing tasks
  • Salesforce experience is a bonus but not essential
Key Benefits of the Customer Support role Include:
  • Temporary, Part- time role (25 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Hourly rate of £12.57 per hour
