Key duties of the Customer Support role Include:
- Processing sample orders.
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams.
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email.
- Background in customer service or administration
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in a team environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to adapt quickly
- Confident using phone and email for customer-facing tasks
- Salesforce experience is a bonus but not essential
- Temporary, Part- time role (25 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Hourly rate of £12.57 per hour
