We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Support team as a
Customer Support Coordinator. This is a part-time, office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys providing outstanding service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via email, phone, mail, and fax within agreed timeframes.
- Handle warranty requests and both residential and commercial sample orders.
- Ensure customer and order data is accurate and up-to-date to support internal teams.
- Assist internal departments with marketing material requests.
- Manage live customer interactions via web chat.
- Deliver consistently high standards of service to both internal and external customers.
- Support Saturday working if required.
- Follow all company processes, verification, and authorisation procedures.
- Strong customer service background, ideally in a sales or support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM(or similar systems) is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A team player who takes initiative and maintains a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
